About

Meet Dr. Stollman

Raised in a family of doctors and mental health professionals, the importance of caring for people was elemental to my upbringing. My father taught me that caring for another person is a privilege – this value has shaped the way I live my life as a dentist, as a mother, and as an active member of my community.  When I was a child I loved to tinker with items around the house and, my grandfather, a retired firefighter, channeled this talent by teaching me how to fix many things, from bathrooms to cars. I chose a career in dentistry because it was a great way to combine my love of medicine and talent for fixing.

My passion for Children and Dentistry

Kids Grins Dental Practice focuses on relationships with families, developed through improving and maintaining dental health. Being an active partner in the health and development of a child is my passion. I cherish and honor the curiosity of children, helping them to create early positive dental habits and experiences. As a mother of five, I completely understand what it means to entrust another person with your child’s dental health. I treat each and every child who comes into my office as I would my own child.

Professionally, I have spent almost two decades providing outstanding dental care to pediatric patients in the greater Philadelphia area. Serving as Clinical Director for a large not-for-profit Childrens Dental Center, I provided clinical care and advocacy for at-risk children. Much of my career has focused on helping children, including patients with special and complex medical needs, improve their dental health.

Education and Continuing Education

Undergraduate: Wellesley College and Yeshiva University, Bachelor of Arts, with Honors

Doctorate of Medical Dentistry: University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, with Honors

Continuing Education: I keep current with the latest treatment recommendations and technology through seminars and study clubs, so that I may deliver the best care possible to my patients.

When not in the office…

When not practicing dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our five children. I love to cook, am an avid runner and a very active volunteer in many community organizations.
I look forward to meeting you as you join the Kids Grins Dental Family!

Reviews

We are so grateful for Dr. Stollman and her team! Our toddler fell and chipped her two front teeth over a weekend. Dr. Stollman responded quickly to my email and got us in to be seen ASAP. She called me over a weekend and reassured me, which meant so much! The practice is beautiful and they were so wonderful with my toddler.

Exceptionally good children’s dentist ! I brought my 3 sons (13, 9 & 4) to see Dr.Stollman. Her practice is VERY clean and her staff were very welcoming! I loved how quiet and calm the office was. The hygienist was super sweet and friendly with my 4 year old (along with the older two, but more so with making sure my youngest was at ease.) Dr. Stollman was wonderful and provided education and guidance for my children’s dental health . Don’t look any further for a pediatric dentist - kids grins should be your first choice !

I Absolutely love this place! I brought my 7-year-old and 3-year-old for their appointments, and both kids had a wonderful experience. The staff are so great with children, they made the whole visit easy and stress-free. The only "complaint" came from my 3-year-old, who was upset that her big sister got to go in first and couldn't wait for her own turn, which is honestly the best sign that a kids' dentist is doing something right! 😄 Highly recommend to any parent looking for a dental practice where kids actually enjoy going. We'll definitely be back!

Took my toddler for the first time after a recommendation from a coworker. The place is clean, and kid friendly. Dental assistant and Dr. were so friendly and kind! Also loved that we were in and out. So happy I chose this place.

Always a pleasant and kid-friendly experience at Kids Grin! The office is bright, colorful and perfect for little ones! Dr. Stollman and her team are wonderful. My son has been coming since 1 and will be 3 soon — sat in the chair all by himself for the first time— they were so kind and gentle with him! Highly recommend!

Always a great experience! Dr. Stollman and staff are awesome. They make everything easy from scheduling and communication to patient care. It’s a great feeling to know my kids are excited to go to the dentist!

This is such a great dentistry for kids! The decoration is so cozy. They have Bluey on TV at all times which greatly helps kids relax. Dr. Stollman, the technicians and front desk staff are so nice and make every visit so pleasant. They give kids a free toy after the visit which is like a reward for their braveness. I use that to motivate the kids. As soon as they hear there is a toy, they are no longer afraid to go. Plus, Dr. Stollman and her technicians are so gentle and very experienced with kids. They make the process so quick and comfy.

We switched to Kid’s Grins for the first time when our previous dentist stopped taking our insurance and our super happy we did. The office is clean, stylish, inviting, and well run. We were promptly taken back for our appointment (both our children were seen at the same time) and done in 30 min. The dentist was informative and kind and our children really enjoyed their experience here. We are grateful to have found this practice!

This was my 2 year old’s first time here and we were very pleased with the professional staff. My daughter had her own private area for her teeth cleaning . She left with stickers , a goodie bag and a toy . This was very thoughtful of the staff. The environment is very clean as well. They also have 2 waiting room areas, 1 for the smaller kids and 1 for the older children.

Back for our 2nd year! Still a very clean practice. Very intimate size, which we loved. Dr. Stollman was very informative and helpful, This was our 3rd appointment with our now soon to be 2 year old. She was so patient with him. The environment was very kid friendly, and welcoming. Looking forward to continue growing here with our child.
